Primary skills ? Hands-on MF developer with knowledge of DB2, COBOL, JCL, CICS, VSAM


Experience: 3- 7yrs (Minimum 3yrs Exp in Mainframe)


Majorly looking for associates with :



1. Good knowledge of COBOL - primary concepts, compilation options etc
2. Knowledge of common abends like S0C7, S0C4 etc, also DB2 abends and their resolution
3. Expertise in creating SQLs (all kinds of Joins, sub queries etc)
4. Concept of partitioned DB2 Tables, usage of DB2 System catalogue tables (and PLAN_TABLE), usage of GTT (Global Temporary
Tables) etc?
5. Excellent knowledge on JCLs ? PROCs
6. Expertise on VSAM file processing
