Is it possible to find out if the GDG has any versions created?
I want to check if the versions exist and then go copy all the versions into a local PDS.
JCL is abending if the versions are not available and if I try to copy all versions.

Split file based on fields
Hi, I have a file with the format given below. 01 Record 05 Field01 PICS9(09) Usage Comp. 05 Field02 PICX(04). I need to spilt this file into 2 output files. File1: 01 Field01 PIC S9(09) Usage Comp. And file2: 01 Field02 PIC X(04). Can somebody tell me the sort card for this.
