Hi,
To add to it the DB2-VALIDATE parameter will decide that the authorization has to be checked at run time or bind time.
If VALIDATE(RUN)-Will check the authorization at run time and if
VALIDATE(BIND)-Will check authorization at bind time.
Please correct me if I am wrong.

I think for question 13 the answer should be 1 that the sign bit is stored in the last nibble of the last byte.
