I Think you can use Quick option in Selection Cretiria.

in which you need to specify the position of the field ,length of the field and the value you want to search.

Hi Arvind, please paste the JCL for which you got the abend. It will be helpfull to solve your problem quickly.:) usually for sorting any special characters or characters or numbers, if you specify as a character,then you wont get any abends.
