Thats what I am looking for. Either an automation of deletion after producing them through XMLGEN or not to produce the records while doing XMLGEN.

But, the XML file is not an easy layout to deal with while doing automation.

DikDude, It will be really difficult deleting them one by one if you have records in XML structure(as i stated above that it is created by file aid XMLGEN process). I used to do deletion of column from excel sheet. But, I want an option. where i don't need to delete these two columns. Its just like ...
