Thanks, Veera. We did end up using NOTIFY, but the user isn't tech savvy, and I was hoping for something that would allow a short text message to be sent. An E-mail trigger won't suffice, as we need to have her know immediately that the job failed so as not to submit the next.

Try qwerying the system on your command line - type: qw u4094 then enter. Doing this gives me a listing of vendors/systems generating this error code.
