It is not at ll clear what you want this to accomplish . . . The syntax is just wrong.

Post some sample input data and the output you want when that input is processed. Explain the "rules".

Also post a bit of the data after it has gotten to the mainframe.

You have not posted much that can be used to help you . . .

Where do these "jobs" reside?

Is the info posted different members in a pds or are these something else (i.e. all in one member, whatever)?

The info posted is not valid for mainframe dataset names.
