Are you looking for the mainframe programming language books like COBOL JCL SORT DB2 or mainframe architecture kind of books for admin level?

That's a too generic question to answer. As they say, if you don't know where to go, any road will lead you there! In such a case, well, start with any litrature written on zOS, Mainframes so far.

If you explain more specifically what you are looking for, someone will probably have an opinion.

I know of no "catch-all" mainframe book - there is just too much info.
