You may ask IBM - they provide individual licenses, however, I'm not sure if they have extended this to India or not. Also, it might be an expensive affair if you are just a trainee and not a free-lancer, keeping in ming the conversion rate of $ to Indian-rupees.

Hercules can be good for you, I believe. Search this forum and Google on "Hercules Emulator".

Main tech / other providers provide mainframe access which can be accesses from home. they charge monthly.
