Xpeditor using Cobol with Oracle program

Hi,

I have the COBOL program which is embedded with Oracle 9i database.
The program will run in Batch Process.
When I tried to Debug the program using Xpeditor I am unable to run the program. Can anybody advice me how i can ran the Oracle- COBOL batch program using XPEDITOR.
