hi,
I have two requirements to be taken care of:
1. Assume there are multiple jcls. after submitting the jcl1, if the return code is 0 then jcl2 should be automatically triggered and so on.
2. Once jcl1 step is submitted a data set name with the current date(as a part of its qualifier) should be created as the output. the same should happen for the next jcl i.e jcl2 and so on.
I can take care of the first requirement, but being new to mainframe i am facing problems to solve the second one.
Both requirements are related. And i got some info that it might be solved using file-aid but don't know how.
Would really appreciate if someone helps me with this.
