WHAT IS THE "OUTTRAP" function in PL/I ?

Post by bobbysidhartha » Wed Oct 31, 2012 11:08 am

Hi every one,
Could any one explain me about the OUTTRAP function in PL/I.
I have gone through the IBM links but couldn't understand it.
Please provide me an alternative solution.

Thank you.

Did you look in the PL/1 language reference manual? In the index? I did. OUTTRAP is not there so it is not a PL/1 function. It IS a TSO function that one uses in Rexx to trap messages issued by called system functions/programs.

Nic

Not to worry - not a major foul and suspect it won't be repeated

Topic has been relocated.

Good to hear you have what you need.
