Generate unmatch file with information about the line number

Hi,
My requirements is somewhat like that:
I have two infiles, 1st have unique values and 2nd have duplicates.
File 1 / Key 1st 10 bytes.
1231231234WS-TEMP676767
1231231236WS-TEMP656767
File 1 / Key 1st 10 bytes.
1231231234WS-TEMP676767
1231231234WS-TEMP676767
1231231236WS-TEMP656767
1231231236WS-TEMP476767
now i want to create unmatch file which will include non matching record with the line number.
Like output
1231231236WS-TEMP476767 --- 004
For matching unmatching i can write Eazytrieve. But i am interested to append like incremental line numbers at the end for record in a file. Like 2nd file should look like:
1231231234WS-TEMP676767 001
1231231234WS-TEMP676767 002
1231231236WS-TEMP656767 003
1231231236WS-TEMP476767 004
Can this be achieved with the help of some DFSort Data Card.
Any help on this topic would be highly appreciated.
Also i am gud to receive altogether diffrerent solutions to achive the desired result.
