Project Lead for a Application Maintenance and Support Project for People Systems

People Systems include applications like
- Benefits
- Global Compensation
- Payroll
- Intranet known as WIRE
Responsibilities:

- Set up and Lead a team of 5 to 10 members
- Possess very good analytical skills
- Be accountable for timely and quality deliverables during the transition and operational phases of the engagement.
- Strategize and plan for support activities in multiple simultaneous
applications
- Coordinate with various departments for the smooth running of support
activities
- Exhibit judgment in establishing priorities and escalating issues.
- Maintain high motivation levels and positive dynamics in the team.
- Knowledge on the working Payroll, Benefits, Compensation systems is a plus
Technical Skills:

? COBOL
? DB2
? Easytrieve
? VSAM
? JCL
Should be highly skilled in mainframe technologies. Easytrieve is heavily used in the applications and should have very good working experience for the same.
