Pls explain me what is JHS tool and how it is used? I want the step by step procedure of using it.

find a manual for JHS tool (whatever that is)
and read the step by step procedures for use.

Your question, as worded, is beyond the scope of a Forum like this. JHS is, Job History Sub-system from Systemware. As Dick suggestes, if your organization is licensed to use the product, the material will be available from the vendor. If you're not in a position to talk to vendor directly - either take the time to learn your site-id/customer-id from the system administrator or ask them to provide you with the documents.
