It will be much better when the people using them are able to investigate, read, learn, etc before blindly typing away. There is a whole section of the forum dedicated to careers etc. where this question has, undoubtably, been asked before.

Hey nicc...why dont you give answer to the question, instead of being so rude to the people.

If the people read the forum rules - search before posting, for example - then they would not get these answers.
You also have to remember that the people who post responses are doing so on their own time and free of charge and time can be limited so posting questions that have already been answered is annoying and rude. So who is being rude first?

The mainframe will be here for the next decade - in one form or another. There is too much invested in the systems in use to just "go away".
Have a good one
