DiSp parameter in JCL

Hi,
The following question is asked in one interview.
We have one step in which one input file is used. The File has 3 field. We need to add one more field b/w 2nd and 3rd field in input. What is the Disp parameter will be given for input file?
Note: Both the i/p and o/p file is same
I told like DISP=OLD. don't know exactly. Just want to check with you guys.
