How toget the abend s322? How to override this abend?

Anyone plz clarify....
It's a "time abend". If the system took a longer time to run a job, job step, or procedure then you get this abend. I'm not very srue, what do you mean "how to get this abend"?How toget the abend s322?
You may use TIME=?? in Job-card.If How to override this abend?
