increasing performance of db2 query

increasing performance of db2 query

I have a query which involves 15 joins.It takes around 1 min 29 secs to run for a date range of 3 months.I need to bring down the time to as close as 2 secs.I m posting the query as below.Please suggest on how to increase the performance ,its urgent.....

Indexes have been defined on the tables,but its undergoing a tablespace scan on 3 tables.

Please advise...
