In our organization we are planning to convert CA-ADS, IDMS online application to 24x7 mode. Usually we run overnight jobs by bringing the IDMS to the local mode.
Currently we are planning to keep the IDMS mode in shared mode so that both Online application and Batch programs use it effectively. In the objective of 24x7 will be achieved.
Do you have any idea to achieve that? I mean the solution approach?
Any tools to effectively manage both the entities(online & batch) on working on database?
Consider the the size of the application is as big as Bankinig system.
