IBM manuals for this are freely available. What did you not find? Why would you expect any response within one minute? Did you pay extra to expect such service?

Well, if you are talking about a Mainframe system, if you do not know how to troubleshoot spool problems, then you won't need to know. Unless you are a System's Programmer, you will never do this, and will never be allowed to do this.

Your site will likely be running JES2 or JES3. Determine which, go to the IBM Knowledge Centre, and poke it into the search box.

Thanks for your reply, It is really helpful for me. I am a fresher in Mainframe and start learning, currently working in Operations & Scheduling part. So for knowledge purpose want to learn Spool part also.
