Hot employers and paymasters for my skill set

Post by venkatreddy.com » Sat Nov 24, 2007 2:48 pm

Dear All,

I am 2 years experienced so called mainframe professional. my skill set includes COBOL, JCL, DB2, IMSDC and Telon. here what i want to say is,

we used Telon tool extensively to develop online or batch applications in IMS environment. and for databse we didn't use IMS/DB. so all our programs have IMSDC and DB2. since I used Telon to maintaine the application I was not much exposed to the real IMS concepts because telon genartes the code for IMS statements, we just need to write the business logic. now I want a shift. but the real problem is, all job adds says either CICS or IMS DC&DB.
I am not sure are there any companies which are using Telon (in which I am little bit expert) ohter than my current company and proficient in DB2.
will you please help me in finding out the best employers for my skillset?

thanks,
Venkat
