Presence of any COBOL for Home PC

Is there any way of using COBOL in Home PC. I don't want Fujitsu, Microfocus COBOL?

You can download fijistu cobol free from http://www.fujitsu.com/au/

You better go for mainframe connection. with this connection you can work on most of the mainframe languages, tools, etc..
