Doubt in sort - Order of processing INCLUDE INREC SORT

I have a doubt in sort. If we are using sort, inrec and include condition in single sort card,which will gets executed first.I want to know the order of priority.Can someone help me out in this.Thanks in advance.

The order of processing is:

INCLUDE statement

INREC statement

SORT statement
