After knowing the affending record in input file,which is causing SOC7
How to delete it?( suppose file is very sensitive,we can not touch the file)

if you are not authroized to edit the file... you should not edit that file.

My suggestion is to change your program to handle invalid records & write invalid
record into expception file and continue with next record. display the exception count at the end of the program.
