change Request

How to proceed for a change request?
Who will give approval for it.
can client directly give a request to team member for a CR?
i want ans in steps.

1. ask a peer
2. read inhouse documentation
3. ask your supervisor

Hi Raj,

This is not the forum to ask this question ( This is COBOL forum).

Answer to your question :
Dick rightly suggest to use existing resources in your company,because processes normally changes from one shop to another.


Here is what happens in my shop.

If a change requested by client, Onsite guy receives it and analyse and give
the re-estimations to client, once he get client approval on re-estimation of project.
He does send that work to offshore.

What we'll tell not necessarliy is being practiced at your shop - it's site specific. Period.
