1) Business Analyst with Life Insurance with 3+ years experience for Hyderabad Location.


Duties & Responsibilities:

? Understand the complete SDLC of Life Insurance business

? Impart Domain knowledge to the team members.

? Gather business requirements and convert the same into functional specifications

? Work with the tech lead(s) to create detailed design documents

? Work on functional test plan creation and supporting documentation

? Provide assistance in Regression and User Acceptance Testing

? Provide consultancy support to the technical team and help them understand the business requirements?



Education & Certification:

? Bachelor?s degree in business, computer science or other relevant field

? Insurance industry certification would be preferred (LOMA, CII, III, IAA, SOA etc)



Experience Required:

? 3 - 5 years industry experience in insurance operations / client support experience

? 3 ? 5 years experience in development, implementation or marketing of insurance

2) Informix Developers / Senior Developers with 2-8 years of experience for Hyderabad Location.



Specialized Knowledge & Skills:

? Understand the database objects (databases, tables, views, and other program structures) and the need / impact of changing them

? Create & Execute database procedures

? Access user defined data types and functions, as required.

? Understand and adhere to sound design practices (optimized SQL)

? Understand the data models created and communicate them to the stakeholders correctly

? Take responsibility for the data at the project level from a business disciple standpoint

? Understand normalization techniques

? Manage the database logic for an application by coding for procedures, triggers, UDF and administer them

? Should understand the sample / test data generation process and implement them on a need basis

? Run database utilities on need basis

3) Business Analyst with Actuarial Insurance with 3+ years experience for Hyderabad Location.



Specialized Knowledge & Skills:

Be responsible for establishing and then maintaining a working knowledge of relevant systems used within the actuarial function, so that the business needs are met and can be exceeded.
Provide recommendations and solutions to business problems, by using actuarial systems, company systems or manual methods as necessary, and in an appropriate manner, recognizing the technical knowledge of the customer, to ensure that all work is produced to a high level of quality and a timely manner so that outcomes of the business plan are met and can be exceeded.
Provide solutions for the identification and proposal of possible improvements and for the subsequent initiation and specification of new systems and procedures, thereby ensuring the development of new and the maintenance of existing systems is supported within the actuarial function so that the business needs are met and can be exceeded.
Contribute to the achievement of business objectives, by assisting other members of the actuarial function, in particular by providing technical support to Actuarial Coordinators so that the regulatory requirements and the outcomes of the business plan are met and can be exceeded.
Candidate shall typically have 1 + years actuarial experience that has been gained in a life office that ideally operates in the IFA market ideally covering both UWP products and conventional products or a general insurance office writing personal lines business.

Candidate should have a good academic track record (preferably a first or upper second class degree in a mathematical subject) and acceptance by the Institute or Faculty as a student and a good track record of actuarial exams taken to date with typically between 4 and 9 passes.

4) Business Analyst with P&C Insurance with 3+ years experience for Hyderabad Location.



Duties & Responsibilities:

? Understand the complete SDLC of Auto Insurance business

? Interacts with the Client SMEs to resolve Functional Queries

? Understands the business requirements (Use Cases) for different applications

? Impart knowledge of the Functional requirements to the Offshore SMEs

? Work on functional test plan creation and supporting documentation.

? Reviews the Test Cases and Test results from the functional point of view

? Provide consultancy support to the testing team team and help them understand the business requirements

? Prior experience with an IT firm in Auto Insurance Area.



Education & Certification:

? Bachelor?s degree in business, computer science or other relevant field

? Insurance industry certification would be preferred (AICPCU ? INS)



Experience Required:

? 3 - 5 years industry experience in insurance operations / client support experience

? 3 ? 5 years experience in development, implementation or testing of Insurance products/packages

5) Test Analyst/ Test Lead / Test Manager with Life insurance domain with 3- 12 years of experience for Hyderabad Location.



Duties & Responsibilities:

? Create Test Strategy for the project

? Define test beds and test procedures

? Set up testing environment and tools

? Create functional and non-functional test cases for all levels within the scope of testing

? Execute tests, track and monitor defects to closure.

? Defect prevention

? Prior experience with an IT firm in Life Insurance based projects preferable.



Education & Certification:

? Bachelor?s degree in engineering or other relevant field

? Insurance industry certification or Certification in testing would be preferred (LOMA)



Experience: 3 ? 12 years experience in insurance based development/migration/maintenance projects.

6) Project Manager with Life Insurance Domain with 8-12 years of experience for Hyderabad Location.



Job Description:
Planning, execution, tracking status reporting, participating in customer calls for the project.



Duties & Responsibilities:

Establish baseline requirements for the project with the Client and develop final estimates & schedule.
Ensure project kick-off and initial planning as per client methodology.
Plan for all aspects of the project using the 3-stage planning process. Review the project plan with the client.
Assist the project team in carrying out all SDLC activities. Ensure client sign-offs are obtained on time.
Track all aspects of the project ? scope, schedule, effort, staff, SCM, risks, issues etc. Identify corrective and preventive actions if the project performance deviates from the plan. Re-plan the project accordingly.
Shifts priorities, changes style, and responds with new approaches as required by changing demands and/or conditions.
Prepares risk analysis and action plan to mitigate the risks.
Obtain sign-offs from the client, prepare closure report, archive project information,
document and share lessons learned.

Develop and monitor project plans and processes (timely, quality output, and within budget).
Assure efficient resource utilization and profitability of project assigned including completing the roll off reports and requisitions for additional resources.
Responsible for performance assessment, team building for team.
Maintains budget for projects, i.e. staffing, monitoring tasks, etc.


Experience Required:



9 ? 10 years experience in insurance based development/migration/maintenance projects.
