ISPF query

HI ALL,,,

1) when i edit r do any actions on any PDS with the help of 3.4 option im getting the error message "RECORD FORMAT WAS NOT FOUND"

2) when i edit r do any actions on any MEMBERS within the PDS with the help of 3.4 option im getting the error message "NO CONNECTION"

THESE ABOVE TWO CASES HAPPENING IN TWO DIFFERENT USER ID'S

so what shoul i do to avoid these messages ????

Hi,

It's been a while you posted, however if this still persists, hit F1 - it's ISPF error, so when you hit F1 it will show you a long descriptive message. We might start from there.
