KS,

Use the 'REPLY' buttons, or simply scroll down and use the 'Quick Reply' area to post messages. Please, do not create new threads.

ok, you need to transmit the file as an attachment to your email. Hyperlinks will not work in a TSO environment. Or you can make the link in your email start up an FTP which will download the data from the mainframe to your pc. Bottom line, you can not open up mainframe data from the pc (except thru a 3270 emulator). The data must be on the PC for you to access it.

Now, you could FTP the data and have a link in the email with a PC address for the data,
or
simply attach the file to the email.

JCL, SQL and code in programs have an irritating habit of doing what you say,
not what you meant.
