Need Syntax: Passing schid id dynamically at run time to a program in the job through the Parm parameter?

hi Teja,

U mean to say SCHID means that the Scheduling Environment in which ur DB2 tables are available or is there any other ?

No...schid id is the schedule id - the id with which several jobs are linked together to form a stream or a batch of jobs on a particular day/days.

I couldn't even find it on Quick Reference.

I found some links on Google with the search PARMS "schid ~ jcl".

For JCL types, sets or changes the SCHID. The SCHID is optionally used by JCL to identify pieces of JCL code which should be executed.

One of the useful documents from them are http://endway.50webs.com/blog/CA7%20Notes.DOC

Search with the above parameters and let us know the exact results.
