Hi Anuj,

Following are the rules regarding sticy.

1. Only moderator of that forum can add sticky topics.
2. If you want to create sticky topic in other forum, need to send request message to moderator of that forum.
3. We can't make second post as sticky.
4. Sticky can be created at topic level , not at post level.

Hi,

Can't we have a concept of "Global Moderator" here ? Moderators are the responsible people, being it "my Forum" or some one else's. If some one want to create sticky topic in other forum, I think it's fine to send request message to moderator of that forum but what if one wants to "move" some topic to an appropriate forum from the "other forum" ?
