when we submit a jcl ,in spool we find following data sets
JESMSGLG,JESJCL,JESYSMSG,SYSOUT

can any one explain what are these else give me a reference material .

They are but reserved ddnames and have special meaning to JES2; do not use them on a DD statement in a JES2 system.

Here is rather direct link for SYSOUT:The SYSOUT parameter specifies a system output data set and its output class. A system output (SYSOUT) data set contains the job output that is to be printed. This job output is also known is the output stream. Unlike a permanent data set, a sysout data set is disk space that z/OS uses as buffer storage for processing output.
