Viewing the content of VARCHAR column in db2 using Platinum

Post by prm » Tue May 19, 2009 9:54 pm

Hi All,

At my installation , we are using Platinum tool for DB2 table content browsing/editing etc.

The problem is , I am unable to view the data content of a 'Varchar' column using Platinum tool.

Is there anyway I can view the content of a varchar field using Platinum tool.

Note : I am aware that I can view the content using SPUFI , but that would be hectic , it would be really helpfull , if the varchar content can be seen using Platinum tool itself as this the only tool used for DB2 at my installation.

Regards
PRM
