What wll be the next version of GDG?

Post by Amollondhe007 » Mon Aug 10, 2009 12:18 pm

Hi,

Recently,I had one interview question.
Q. Suppose i have 4 GDG files in my JOB
ex //GDG1....
----
//GDG2....
----
//GDG3....
----
//GDG4...
....
Each GDG has currently 10 Versions. Suppose my 1st,2nd and 4th GDG will be executed successfully and 3rd one will not executed due to some reason.
Now what will be the current versions for GDG1,GDG2,GDG3,GDG4?
Thanks,

Terminology Note: Versions and generations are both valid in the context of GDGs but they have very different meanings and usage.

Per your question, if 'am not mistaken, GDG1 and GDG2 will have their 11th generation created while GDG3 and GDG4 not.
