I want to delay a step for a specific time in job.
Can I use ''delay'' parameter for that. if yes, how ? else what else can i
use?

Hi,

This is never a good idea to put delays in JOBs, it might be a way to achieve what you want but not what the actual requirement is- if you tell us what exactly you want(ed) to do, some one will be around.
