How to copy specific members via fileaid

Post by mail2mz » Sat Jan 23, 2010 6:22 am

Hello,

How can I copy members that don't have name as "asdxxxxxx" to another dataset via file aid batch command?

I can copy the members with name "asdxxxxxx" in following JCL:

$$DD01 copy newmem=--------,
mbrname=(asd,asd),
....

Now I need copy all other members that don't have "asd" to another dataset.

Thanks,

Mike

Do the other, "rest of the members", also follow some pattern? There can be a work-around then, I believe.
Regards,
Anuj
