I'm not very sure but have you spelled the terms, you're looking for, correctly?

JSO - I could not relate to anything, possibly you've not spelled it correctly.

ISBF - There is nothing ISBF, I've heard of on zOS, possibly you meant, ISPF - which stands for -- Interactive System Productivity Facility. This is an IBM licensed program that serves as a full-screen editor and dialog manager. ISPF provides a means of generating standard screen panels and running interactive dialogs for use at a display station. The customization dialogs are an ISPF application.

I am also new to mainframe. Just joined a mainframe training institute.
What I learnt in class is,

TSO - Time Sharing Operating System

Which is allocated to each user by mainframe server.

ISPF is an interface provided by mainframe server to user with the purpose of writing & executing of commands.

well, you did not learn much.

ISPF is an application that runs in the tso address space; like SDSF, DB2I, QMF, ..........

JCL, SQL and code in programs have an irritating habit of doing what you say,
not what you meant.

suggest you start with z/OS basic skills information center

another skill you will need to improve is your proof-reading of posts.
learn to use the 'PREVIEW' button, and insure that what you have typed is accurate.

TSO

it is not all that complicated;
but precision is a necessary personal attribute
to have if one expects to be successful with computers.
