With your solution I've always have always 2 blank lines beetween the same Jobnames and next ones.
My output should have different spacing...for example one 1 blank line beetween the Jobs with mycomment1 and
mycomment_2 but three blank lines beetween the Jobs with mycomment_2 and mycomment__3.

You need to do a better job of explaining what your input and output can be and the "rules" for getting from input to output.
Your example shows only one jobname with mycomment1, one jobname with mycomment_2 and one jobname with mycomment__3. Is that always the case or can there be different variations?
