What was the program you submitted? What kind of program it was? What is the PROC you are using? I never heard one. May be, it belongs to your shop only.
Provide more details.
Thanks.

Hi arrbee
It is a BMC unload job
This job is using the proc 'IMSEPFRF'
This is the job step
//STEP20 EXEC IMSEPFRF,
// DSM=DFSCTL73,
// DBD=OZ232,
// DBRC=N,
// RC='4'
It is getting abend U4094,
but it is not giving any proper system message

Try qwerying the system on your command line - type: qw u4094 then enter.
Doing this gives me a listing of vendors/systems generating this error code. Selecting the one that your shop uses, will give you the explanation as per the MVS/QuickRef documentation.
For instance, for IBM's IMS/ESA Messages:
IMS ABEND : U4094
Explanation: A processor error caused the service processor damage
subsystem function of IMS/VS to gain control to write
out the log buffers.
User Action: Perform an IMS/VS emergency restart.
