FBM printer codes conversion

Hi,
I'm looking for either a pgm that will convert Machine Carriage Control (FBM) or a table listing all FBM codes as I need to convert some mainframe generated reports to a format that can be downloaded & printed on a PC printer. I either need to convert them to pc printer carriage control (MS Word format) or a table so I can either write my own pgm to convert or add the # of blanks or page breaks as needed myself. Any help in this would be appreiated. tried to find my old 370 REF booklet at home but couldn't find it. thanx
