How to use CICS commands by a JCL?

Dear friends
Is ther a way or any utility so I can do "CEDA DEF" and "CEDA INST" my programs and transaction by a JCL?
How I can use CICS commands by a JCL.(foDEFining much programs or CEMT SET PROG(xxxxxxxx) NEW these).
