DBXX NOT OPERATIONAL, RETRY COUNT IS ZERO

Hi

While trying to load or unload a table, I am getting the retirn code MAXCC=12 and the error message as

DBXX NOT OPERATIONAL, RETRY COUNT IS ZERO

How can I solve this?
Please guide me.

I tried giving the command -START DB2, but that is not working.

Please help.
