Grouping and removing duplicates containing multiple headers

Hi I am new to forum so if I have not followed any rules please forgive me
I have a requirement.please help me
My input file is in format
Hdr1
Dtl1
Dtl2
Dtl2
Hdr2
Dtl3
Dtl4
Dtl4
Hdr1
Dtl1
Dtl5
Trl
So my output should be
Hdr1
Dtl1
Dtl2
Hdr2
Dtl3
Dtl4
Hdr1
Dtl5



Can anyone help me???? I need to write a jcl for it

As one can see within header duplicates detail are being removed at the same time if two same headers like header1has repetion of records like dtl1 then only once the detail should be specified.....the record length of my file is 61
