Hi,
I was working in Mainframes and i have 3 years of experience in that. I was working in chennai but i wanted to be in Pune. In my organization, i got opportunity to be in Mumbai but for Natural/ADABAS. Now i am looking for change. So my question is that if i include 2 months of exp for Natural/Adabas then new recruiter will ask 'why you are changing when you can learn new technology here?'. So i do not know what should i answer.

Let me tell you that i have been already disqualified in 3 companies in HR rounds. I do not know what the wrong i am doing.

Please let me know what should i do ?
