Mainframe Administrator to Developer

Hello Friend,

I have been working as an Administrator on RUMBA, TANDEM, PC Delivery and AS400 applications, however i am planning to switch my platform from admin to developer for this i need a good advice and right direction.

I really have no idea on this development part, it would be gr8 if anyone who could really make me to understand this development area.[/b]

Suggest you start looking in to the Developer' Roles at your shop/s, where you are currently employed as Admin - that will give you an idea what these people are doing as Developers.
