Too much bookish answer. I don't know exactly how. Can anyone answer?

sambit_mech,

suggest you change your profile,
you are a trainee in all the disciplines that you advertise,
not at all a 'professional'.

why have you attempted to denigrate the pro-offered answer,
just because of your ignorance of computer terms?

GOOGLE 'Significant bit' - and expand your knowledge and possibly increase your skill-set.
