please anyone let me know how can we apply themes in background using CICS or how can we design professional website for example,if i want to design application for HSBC bank for providing personal internet banking as well as business internet banking..?how can i do this?also tell me how we can make use of DB2 as backend..?plz reply quickly..

These are completely different questions and basically have no relationship to each other. I have no idea what a CICS background theme might be

Is there anything like this in use on your system? If yes, suggest you talk with those developers and support people and implement similarly.

There are many banking web applications - why not use one of those or write your own just like one. You would need to talk with those developers for details.
