Have you tried the manual? The manuals for utilities usually have sample JCL.

Do NOT use all caps - this is considered shouting.

I suspect that someone on your system has loaded a db2 table from a flat file. . . Suggest you ask your dba what is the approved method on your system and clone one that already works. You should Not start from scratch and write your own.

If it is only for learning purpose, possibly look at the documentation of DSNUPROC.
