•Five (5) years experience working with IBM COBOL language for the z/OS platform including design, coding, testing, and troubleshooting.
•Five (5) years experience working with IBM CICS environment for the z/OS platform.
•Five (5) years experience working with IBM Rational tools including Req Pro, RSA, and the support of the traceability between these two tools.
•Five (5) years experience designing applications from requirements including business rules, use cases, and functional requirements.
•Experience extracting requirements from source code written and maintained by various programmers with different programming styles for previous versions of the IBM Mainframe platforms.
•Experience working with UML diagrams for COBOL development.
•Expert level knowledge in software development life cycle (SDLC) best practices.
•Working knowledge of Endevor Software Control Manager.
•Working knowledge of IBM z/OS, TSO, ISPF.
•Working knowledge of IBM DB2.
•Experience producing written documentation.
