Mandatory Skills:

Experience Opeartions L1/L2 support
Hands on experience in multiple tools like Zeke, CA7 & CTRL-M,
Strong in JCL commands
Experience on performing IPL
Any Ticketing tools with monitoring experience

Job Profile :
Proficient in the IPL, Shutdown/startup and dump processes performed at the MVS Consoles
Proficient in OPS/MVS and its processes
Strong in JCL commands
Strong hands-on experience in Zeke and CA7 / CTRL-M scheduling tool / Operation Experience
Proficient in MVS/JCL including the ability to perform Job Restarts and overrides
IBM TWS/OPC, ASG Zeke/Zebb, BMC Control-M, CA7/CA11, CA ESP, FAQS/PCS

Role Description:
