Position 1 : Cisco L2 resource (IVR & CTI)

Skills :
Has hands on experience min 2 years working on Cisco Gateways, CVP Servers, UCCE (ICM, IPCC, Router, Logger), PGW, ITP Routers including configuration & troubleshooting. Possess strong troubleshooting skills & implement fixes / workarounds to restore operations with a high TAT Working with Cisco TAC & Cisco L3 towards problem escalation / resolution or deploying changes Knowledge of ICM Scripting and implementation of changes Strong knowledge & understanding of Networking for a Cisco deployment Implementing changes in a Cisco environment. Flexibility to work in a 24 x 7 environment. Cisco CCVP certification will be an added advantage CCNA certification is Must.
